Baby Imms clinics on Tuesdays are changing- From Tuesday 25th February you will no longer be able to drop into clinic and must have a designated appointment time sent from Child Health or booked through the surgery.

30 November 2018  Please note from 3rd December 2018 the telephone option to order repeat prescriptions will no longer be staffed, following our four month notification campaign.

 

We apologise that due to current technical difficulties the telephone message cannot be updated to reflect this, but will be done as soon as possible

 

The telephone prescription line will cease, as of 30 November 2018

The partners have taken the decision to close our reception run telephone prescription line, in keeping with all other surgeries in Bolton. 

The main reason for this is based on patient safety. Medication errors can occur as a result of unclear requests for medication over the telephone

 

Written or on-line requests are much more accurate and therefore the chances of error or misunderstanding are reduced.

 

The practice has provided alternate services in place to support this change including ordering your prescription in person, by post, 24 hour automated service, nominated pharmacy or Online
