You can order your repeat prescription via one of the following ways:

 

Online-registration is required, please speak to a receptionist

Post-ensure required items are ticked and post to the practice

24 hour automated service-registration is required, please speak to a receptionist

Nominated pharmacy-speak to a receptionist

In person-complete a reorder slip and post in the red mailbox within the foyer

Emergency Prescriptions:  emergency prescriptions are no longer printed and will be sent to the chemist of patients choice, unless the patient directs otherwise

*NEW* Ageing well review (patients aged 65 - 74 years old):

We will shortly be inviting patients in the above age range to attend for this review. If patients are in this age range but have existing long term conditions eg Asthma, Diabetes, it will be part of their annual review

Did you know that you can allow your prescription to be sent electronically from your GP to your pharmacy?

This service is ideal for patients on stable, repeat medications, who use the same pharmacy to collect their prescription all of the time. The next time you require a prescription, you should order in the same way but there should be no need to come into the practice, as it will be sent electronically to the pharmacy.
